Introducing the Trainers
Veronika Salnikova : Career transition and development coach, digital marketing consultant
Originally from Latvia, Veronika Salnikova arrived in Paris in 2005 for an Erasmus exchange program. She decided to continue her studies in France, and in 2009 graduated with a Master’s degree in marketing from Paris Dauphine University.
She has built her career in the digital marketing sector and has been working in this field for 14 years. During her career, she has worked with major French and international companies such as SNCF Connect, Air France, and EDF.
In 2019, she decided to broaden her skills by training in coaching. She completed the training at the Coach Académie center and was certified as a practitioner coach. For the past five years, she has been working as a professional coach and trainer. She speaks several foreign languages. Her international background and open-mindedness are assets that enable her to offer her clients non-judgmental, caring, and results-oriented coaching.
She offers individual coaching, as well as dynamic conferences and workshops for companies. Her favorite topics are self-confidence, optimizing self-presentation tools (resumes, pitches, LinkedIn profiles), and developing soft skills for career success.
